TeXtreme® Spread Tow Gapped UD is an advanced dry unidirectional reinforcement developed for resin infusion processes such as vacuum infusion, RTM, AFP, and ATL. This material enables efficient, high-quality manufacturing of lightweight composite components without the need for autoclave processing.

The fabric features a flat, crimp-free Spread Tow architecture with precisely engineered gaps between the fiber tows. These gaps act as dedicated resin flow channels, improving permeability and ensuring rapid, uniform wet-out across complex laminate structures. Despite the open layout, the design maintains a high fiber volume fraction exceeding 60%, delivering the strength and stiffness typically expected from fully consolidated laminates.
